If I don’t get a confirmation call within stipulated time, what do I do?

After booking is completed, you can call our service manager at any time from 8am to 9pm on weekdays and from 8am to 4pm on Sunday. You can leave your message in chat box/ request a call back

If service cannot be rendered by us, What do I do?

You will get full refund of the paid amount and the same will be sent back to your account within 24 hours.

What do I do if I wish to cancel the booking?

You will get the refund after deduction of 25% of paid amount as a processing charge.

What type of assistance can I get while getting the test done?

Our staffs will be happy to offer any kind of help like arrangement of wheel chair/ trolley. We also offer pick up and drop to andfrom you home at nominal cost of Rs 200/ Km.

When can I get the test report?

Majority of the test reports will be available on-line within 24 hours. You will get the report from website or via email/whatsapp
